This little piece was inspired by a chilly and bright day spent at Brighouse Bay in Dumfries and Galloway, the site of many happy childhood memories for me as we would spend family holidays camping by the bay. The clouds were dreamy and tremendous, and the horizon glimmering,  which I've tried to capture on this little canvas.
